Lesson Policy  

We require advance payment for lessons.

 

We must process payment before we book your lesson time. We accept your credit card information for efficient service. We only charge your credit card with your explicit permission for each transaction. We also accept payment with the methods listed below. 

 

• credit card on our website, over the phone, at the studio

 

• e-transfer

 

• debit or cash at the studio

 

We will send an email to remind you when your lesson weeks expire. Please respond to the email to let us know if you plan to continue or discontinue with lessons. We will not secure unpaid lesson times. 

 

​We schedule make up lessons via email. 

 

We offer make up lessons to students who provide notice for their absence. Students must provide  notice at least one  business  day  before their lesson.  We  reschedule lessons via email. You  must  schedule  make  up  lessons within  your  paid  duration  of lesson weeks. We  do  not extend  your  paid  duration of lesson weeks for  your absences. If we fail to provide your lesson, you may choose an additional lesson week or make up lesson. 

 

We do not refund lessons.

We encourage students to maintain a regularly scheduled lesson. Regular lessons help students progress. We schedule lessons once per week at the same time with the same teacher each week. All lessons and make up lessons must take place within the weeks of lessons that you purchase.
